I'm Shreya Shankar, a computer scientist living in the Bay Area. I'm interested in building systems to operationalize machine learning (ML) workflows. My research focus is on end-to-end observability for ML systems, particularly in the context of heterogeneous stacks of tools.
I graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. and an M.S. in computer science with concentrations in systems and artificial intelligence, respectively. At Stanford, I helped run a nonprofit called SHE++, an organization that helps to empower underrepresented minorities in technology. I also spent a lot of time as a section leader and teaching assistant for CS198.
